2014 Paraschos Merlot

Merlot from Friuli-Venezia-Giulia, Italy

Founded in 1998 by the Greek Evangelos Paraschos and currently run by his two sons, Paraschos follows the old traditional wine-making methods of the Collio and Vipava region. 

Beginning to show savory flavors of age - tobacco, forest floor- ,but maintains the fresh black fruit and rich tannins.
