Afterglow Blakesville Creamery

Led by Queer Women of color and positioning Latinx cheesemakers as leaders and not just workers, Blakes- ville provides health insurance for all employees (not a guarantee in Wisconsin). The creamery makes cheeses by hand on the approximately 200-acre Blakesville Dairy Farm, where 1,000 goats are raised and their milk is collected
