Al Frantoio di Aldo Armato "S.Ciappa" Extra Virgin Olive Oil

In Ligurian dialect S-ciappa means “to break”. The type of processing to which the olives are subjected – stone-grounded for a short time just until they are broken – results in an unfiltered extra virgin olive oil, with a sweet and slightly fruity taste.
