Heirloom English apple varieties (Dabinett, Cox's Orange Pippin, Bulmers Norman, Muscat de Dieppe, Foxwhelp, Geeveston Fanny, Harry Masters Jersey) naturally fermented to dry and lightly effervescent with pleasant tannins.

Dry cider with savory notes of olives and leather and aromas of dried stone fruit.
