Unlike most other traditional wines of this style, this Chateauneuf-Du-Pape is organic, minimally intervened, unfiltered, and expressive!

The classic red of the domaine accounts for approximately 85% of the annual production of the estate. It is composed of Grenache Noir (65%), Syrah (15%), Mourvedre (15%) and a mix of other traditional varieties (5%). As stated above, the grapes are not destemmed, the cuvaison lasts for three weeks and the elevage encompasses an additional eighteen months before the wine is bottled unfiltered. Certified organic.
