Les Saloirs de Louis - Basque Black Cherry Jam

The preparation based on Cherry Noire is made by slow cooking of fruits, in copper cauldrons, at less than 90°C. An ancestral know-how that preserves the true taste of the fruit.

The amount of sugar is significantly reduced and whole fruits are preserved.
