GAÏA Cuvée Ovoïde is an exceptional white wine made from 80 year old Melon de Bourgogne vines in the heart of the Muscadet region in Loire Valley. Established in 2001 by Jérôme Bretaudeau who had been working for wineries in the region for over 15 years, Domaine de Bellevue is certified organic and in the process of being converted to biodynamic farming. Cuvée Ovoïde refers to the egg-shaped concrete vessel that Jérôme uses for the vinification and aging of this wine
