Domaine Gross Cremant d'Alsace

Pinot Auxerrois (80%) and Riesling (20%)

The grapes on the Lœss terroir, at the foot of the hills, are harvested manually and pressed for 10 hours. The aging takes place on the whole lees for 8 months and allows to highlight a nice aromatic freshness as well as a nice crunch in the mouth. This is followed by 16 months of bottle fermentation. The Crémants of Domaine Gross are neither refined nor filtered.

Floral with touches of honey and rich ripe stone fruit, lemon pith, and a creamy finish!
