Today, the wines are made by second generation Marin, with Raphael tending to the family’s 15ha under vine. The Fumey Chatelain wines continue to astonish us with their verve and crystalline quality. Stylistically they present a more elegant, terroir focussed take on this amazing region. The name comes from the French dialect “Nous sommes tous chefs“, which means “We’re all in charge, now let’s get on with it and drink”
