The ‘Human’ Hárslevelű is an estate blend from Lenkey’s organic vineyards near Mád, Tokaj. The soils are volcanic and intensely mineral-laden, composed of volcanic basalt, limestone, and iron-rich red sandstone. Expect the wine to awaken from its decade long slumber with tertiary notes of chamomile, quince, dried apple rings, brown butter, and wet wool. Medium weight on the palate with a waxy texture and a kick of spice.
