2020 Les Equilibristes 'Zestos' Pet Nat

Created by friends, Francois & Florent, one of whom is a wine merchant and restaurant owner in Paris, the other, a traveling oenologist, Les Equilibristes, translating to 'tighrope walkers', walks the line of respecting tradition while pushing boundaries at the same time. 

This Pet Net is a blend of 60% Grolleau Gris and 40% Pineau d'Aunis giving it some tart red fruit well balanced with the roundness of Grolleau.
