Mangin Champagne Rosé Brut 375 NV

The Champagne house of Thierry Triolet is located in the village of Bethon. Triolet sold his grapes to large houses in Reims until 1985, when he began making his own wine. His rose combines a base of Chardonnay with 15% red wine which is a 50/50 blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. This is a fresh, fruity sparkler with wonderful notes of pomegranate and raspberry, crisp and clean on the palate with light bubbles.
