Tabula Rasa NoHo
Nami Junmai Ginjo
Nami Junmai Ginjo
A sake that respects the Japanese traditional craft with Mexican heart.
From the proprietors:
'NAMI results from the clash of two different cultures, encompassing the best elements of each, by blending the love for perfection and the artisan quality of Japan, with the passion, warmth and joy of the Mexican heart. Yamada-San was the Toji, or sake master who supported us in defining NAMI’s personality and unique profile. For its craft, we decided to use a standardized Japanese traditional method, and we only use Yamada-nishiki rice, considered the top premium rice for brewing sake. And we don’t add any additives or preservatives.'
