Poe Wines Ultraviolet Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

Ultraviolet was started in 2009 by Samantha Sheehan of POE Wines. Samantha has won numerous awards with her wines over the years.

Smooth & full-bodied with soft velvety tannins and dark fruits, coming in at a balanced 13.8% ABV. California Cabernet through and through.This year the Ultraviolet is 95% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Cabernet Franc sourced from vineyards in St Helena and Coombsville in Napa.
