Made of deep Monastrell and Garnacha grapes that are macerated with the skin for 6 hours, the color is a glowing red plum in the glass. Aromas are bready, with medicinal herbs and red fruits. Fresh black cherries, raspberries, fennel, and palate-cleansing acidity. "Intens" in another word, electrifying. For almost a century, Recaredo has maintained a firm commitment: to produce terroir driven wines that reflect the landscapes of the Alt Penedès (Barcelona) as honestly and transparently as possible. Recaredo makes only high quality, vintage sparkling wine working with their own dry-farmed vineyards.
