From vineyards planted in 1962The first fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel vats (85%) and oak barrels
(15%). Ageing on lees is extended for 8 months without dosage to preserve the wine's identity and character. Then comes the second fermentation in bottle with a minimum ageing of six years before release.
